Tomato-Ralstonia solanacearum

Tomato plants grown in the greenhouse are watered with 50ml of a bacterial suspension at 10*8 cfu/ml. there is no need to artificially wound the plants, the disease (wilting) starts around 3 days after the inoculation and the bioassay is finished in 10 to 14 days.
